This scrapbook page captures the heart of what makes the Fourth of July so special—laughter, friendship, and celebrating the freedoms we hold dear. Using the All-American Blast collection, I brought together bright patriotic patterns, festive embellishments, and a burst of red, white, and blue to frame these joyful memories.
From grilled favorites to clinking drinks and casual backyard chats, every photo tells a story of togetherness. I especially love how the bold borders and layered accents add energy and movement to the layout, making it feel just as lively as the celebration itself!

I added a handwritten sentiment at the top that reads, “It is so much fun to spend time with friends. We are here and free!”—a simple but powerful reminder of what we’re truly celebrating.
Whether you’re scrapbooking your own holiday gathering or looking for inspiration for your next patriotic page, this layout is a cheerful tribute to the stars, the stripes, and all the smiles in between.
Here are directions for you!
Step 1: Use Bright White cardstock for the base of the layout.
Step 2: Punch a 12” flag banner border using Cranberry cardstock. Layer this banner on Blue cardstock, but do not use adhesive on the star sections. Fussy cut around the banner and cut out the sections that have the star. The stars will be seen white on the base of the page. Adhere 1” from the top of the page Using 3-D foam to add the large bow embellishment to the banner.
Step 3: Cut a 12” x 2” piece of Flags paper and add to the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Cut 11” x 2” pieces from Stripes, Flowers, and Plaid papers. Add these to page above the Flags paper in order shown leaving 1/8” between strips. Cut a 11½” USA strip from Borders paper. Place 1/8” from bottom of Stripes paper.
Step 5: Cut four pieces of 3¼” x 4¼” Bright White cardstock and four 3½” x 4½” Cranberry cardstock. Layer the White on top of the Cranberry. The bottom photo mats are ½” from the right edge and ¾” from the bottom. Leave 1/8” between all photo mats.
Step 6: Finish with stickers to the left of the photos. Place “we the people” and “patriotic” after adding photos. Add journaling.
