My scrapbooker friends, there are fantastic ways to use the Craft Happy paper packet. I used the scissors border punch for this page. I wanted to point that out because it is on sale half-price right now. It's such a cute punch, and right now it's just $14.50!
Let's take a closer look at how this all came together!

Step 1: Use Dark Sea Green cardstock for the base of the layout. Gut a 10” square from the center.
Step 2: Cut a piece of Bright White cardstock to measure 11¾” x 11¾”. Adhere to center of base sheet.
Step 3: Cut a 4” x 11” piece of the Ruler paper. Dovetail the bottom end. HINT: Put a pencil mark at 2”. Cut up 1”. Cut the dovetail from both sides to the center. Adhere this piece against the top edge of the white cardstock and 1” from the left edge of the white cardstock.
Step 4: Use the Scissors Border Punch to cut a 12” length from Dark Sea Green paper. Trim the excess partial scissors from the top and bottom. Adhere next to the Ruler paper on the right side. The middle of the scissors will be on the edge of the paper.
Step 5: Cut a 4” x 11” piece of Yellow Doilies paper. Adhere 3” from the bottom and ½” from the left edge. Cut two buttons of one edge of the button sticker border and place the long remainder ½” from the bottom of the Yellow Doilies paper.
Step 6: Cut two 4¼” x 6¼” photo mats from Canary cardstock. Cut two 4-1/8” x 6-1/8” photo mats from Dark Sea Green cardstock. Adhere the Dark Sea Green to the top of the Canary. Using foam squares place the left mat 3¼” from the bottom and 1¼” from left edge of the white cardstock. Adhere the right mat with foam squares 3 ¼” from the bottom and 2” from the right edge.
Step 7: Finish the page with stickers as shown using foam squares as desired. Add journaling.
